Invitations to File Amicus Briefs
Except as otherwise provided by statute or regulation, the Administrative Review Board (ARB or Board) accepts amicus briefs only in cases in which it has issued an order allowing such filings.
All persons or entities desiring to do so may file an amicus brief in the below matter in support of either party or neither party.

To file an amicus brief in this matter, one must register in the case as an amicus filer using the Board's Electronic Filing and Service System at https://efile.dol.gov.
Any person or entity who wishes to file an amicus curiae brief is allowed to do so provided the filing meets the following requirements:
- 12-point, 10 character-per-inch type or larger font
- Double-spaced
- Minimum of one-inch margins
- Printable on 8.5- by 11-inch paper
