Approvals: conversions of miner to survivor benefits under 422(l) of the Act. Section 422(l) was reinstated by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

Survivor is entitled to benefits based on prior award of benefits to miner, and is not required to prove that miner's death was due to pneumoconiosis.
