FAQs on Revised Form LM-30, Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report Now Available on the OLMS Web Site

The Department of Labor, Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) has today posted on the OLMS Web site FAQs regarding the revised Form LM-30, Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report.

The FAQs are available at:

The revised Form LM-30 must be filed by a labor organization officer or employee for reports covering any of his or her fiscal years that began on or after August 16, 2007. The current Form LM-30 may be filed for reports covering any fiscal year that began before that date.
