What is a Web Information Service?
A web information service provides information electronically, in this case via the web. The Davis-Bacon and related Acts Web Information Service has been developed specifically with the access needs of people with disabilities in mind. Special consideration has been given to the use of textual browsers such as those used by the blind and partially sighted.
