Rochelle is the Director of Human Resources at The Everett Clinic in Everett, Washington. Rochelle has more than 25 years experience in Human Resources (HR) where she is responsible for the development and implementation of human resource programs and human capital strategy. She oversees all HR functions including recruitment, employment, retention, compensation, and training and provides guidance to senior leadership, managers, supervisors and employees on various human resource issues.
Rochelle has a Bachelor’s in Science in Health Information and received her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Rochelle is Past President of the Washington State Council and the Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA), affiliates of the Society of Human Resource Management Association (SHRM). Rochelle currently serves on the Everett Community College Foundation Board of Directors and the University of Washington Human Resource Management Advisory Board.
