Unemployment Compensation for Federal agencies which use the UCFE claims processing services of James E. Frick, Inc.

  1. Purpose. To provide a revised list of Federal agencies which use the UCFE claims processing services of James E. Frick, Inc.

  2. Reference. UIPL No. 22-89 and 22-89, Change 1.

  3. Background. Recent changes have occurred since the above referenced UIPL was issued. Effective August 1, 1992, the Department of the Treasury will begin utilizing the services of James E. Frick, Inc. In addition, the revised listing includes new contact persons and/or telephone numbers for the Departments of Agriculture, Education, Interior, Small Business Administration, and James E. Frick, Inc. The attached listing supersedes any and all previous listings of addresses issued for James E. Frick, Inc.

  4. Action Required. SESA administrators are requested to distribute this latest listing immediately to the appropriate State agency staff for their use in sending forms and notices and making inquiries pertaining to UCFE claims of former Federal employees of Federal agencies utilizing the services of James E. Frick, Inc.

  5. Inquiries. Questions should be directed to the appropriate Regional Office.
