The Division of Federal Employees', Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation (DFELHWC) administers the following statutes:
- Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA)
- War Hazards Compensation Act (WHCA)
- Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA)
- Defense Base Act (DBA)
- Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act (NAFIA)
- Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA)
