ACS/Xerox Portal UPDATE – Limited Claimant Services Restored
Limited claimant billing and medical eligibility information is now available to ACS/Xerox users. This restored service allows users to view medical eligibility and bill payment data without risking exposure of an injured workers’ private information.
Upon entering claim-specific information (the nine-digit case number, date of birth, and date of injury), an injured worker may access a listing of bills processed in his or her case. Users may view a list of resolved or in-process bills by searching with date of service or provider ID information. The results returned by the ACS/Xerox portal will display the following fields:
- Bill Status
- Bill Amount
- Bill Paid Amount
- Bill Type
- Provider ID
- Remittance Voucher Number (RV Number) and Date
- Denied date (if applicable)
- Transaction Control Number (TCN)
- Dates of Service
Medical Eligibility Information
As is required when conducting a bill inquiry, after entering claim-specific information (the nine-digit case number, date of birth, and date of injury), an injured worker may use the ACS/Xerox Portal to determine whether or not he or she is eligible for medical or pharmacy services. This function was restored without change.
Access to case information not found via the ACS/Xerox Portal (such as wage loss information/payment) remains available through the OWCP DFEC Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system, or by contacting the servicing district office. We thank everyone for their patience as we continue our efforts to institute new industry standard security protocols and will provide further updates as additional information becomes available.
