AQS and CQS UPDATE II

Agency Query System (AQS) Access UPDATE:

The link from the AQS website to the ACS Web Bill Processing Portal has been restored. After logging into the AQS website and accessing a case, AQS users may click the link to be routed to the Portal to view information on bill payment status, medical authorization and eligibility for medical services.

Claimant Query System (CQS) Access UPDATE:

For users who access CQS via the National Finance Center (NFC) Employee Personal Page, the link to the ACS Web Bill Processing Portal has been restored. After logging into CQS via the NFC site, CQS users may click the link to be routed to the Portal to view information on bill payment status, medical authorization and eligibility for medical services.

Direct access to log into the ACS Web Bill Processing Portal and CQS remains unavailable. Access to case information is available through the OWCP DFEC Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system, or by contacting the servicing district office.

We are continuing to work to institute new industry standard security protocols to restore direct access to log into the ACS Web Bill Processing Portal and CQS; we will update this post as these protocols are tested and put in place.
