At the meeting of the Black Lung Association of SE Kentucky, Sheila Singleton, Pikeville District Director, will be providing general information about the Federal Black Lung Program and will take questions from the audience. Claim applications will be available for anyone who may want to file a claim.

1st Tuesday of Each Month (weather permitting)

On the first Tuesday of each month (weather permitting) staff from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Division of Coal Mine Workers’ Compensation (DCMWC) Charleston, West Virginia District Office will be available at the Beckley Field Station to provide information about the Federal Black Lung Program and assist individuals with the filing of new claims. Walk-ins welcomed!
