The Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation and the Respiratory Clinics of Eastern Kentucky are sponsoring a community-wide health fair. Representatives from Department of Labor's Black Lung Program will be available to provide information and assistance to individuals interested in filing (or refiling) a Black Lung Claim.

On the first Tuesday of each month (weather permitting) staff from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Division of Coal Mine Workers’ Compensation (DCMWC) Charleston, West Virginia District Office will be available at the Beckley Field Station to provide information about the Federal Black Lung Program and assist individuals with the filing of new claims. Walk-ins welcomed!
