Web Portal Eligibility Inquiry Enhancement - Accepted Conditions Now Display!

We have enhanced our computer system to ensure that the care the injured worker is receiving is relevant to the condition(s) for which the case was accepted.

Injured Workers, Medical Providers, and Employing Agencies can use our web bill portal to:

  • Check Eligibility - Learn if authorization is required for a particular procedure. Learn the Accepted Conditions on a claim.
  • Check Authorization - Learn if authorization has been approved without calling or waiting for an authorization letter. Medical Providers can also seek, and for routine care receive, medical authorizations online.
  • Check Bill Payment - Learn status of submitted bills and reimbursement requests. Providers can view Remittance Vouchers (RVs).

Automated bill and authorization status is available via our toll-free Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at 866-335-8319.
