This proceeding arose under the standards of conduct provisions of the Civil Service Reform of 1 978,5 U. S.C. 7 120, and the implementing regulations, 29 CFR Parts 457-459, as a result
complaint alleging that 29 CFR § 458.29 was violated when respondent prohibited eligible motion for withdrawal of complaint and dismissal of case with Administrative Law Judge
Christine M. Moore. On February 26, 1996, the Administrative Law Judge issued an Order of from casting meaningfbl ballots in an officer election. The complainant subsequently filed a joint1
Dismissal, which constitutes her Recommended Decision and Order pursuant to 29 CFR 5458.70.

Since no exceptions have been Bed, pursuant to 29 CFR 9 458.91 the Recommended Decision and Order, styled Order of Dismissal, is adopted and incorporated hereto without discussion.

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, THAT, this case be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
