OLMS News 04-11: Semiannual Regulatory Agenda Webchat

The Federal Register published the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Semiannual Regulatory Agenda on July 7, 2011. For more information regarding the Semiannual Regulatory Agenda please visit: http://www.dol.gov/regulations.

The DOL’s Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) has scheduled a webchat intended to educate the public and solicit input from stakeholder organizations and individuals. The OLMS webchat will be held on Monday, July 11, 2011, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. (EDT).  To participate, visit http://www.dol.gov/regulations. We hope that you will consider participating to learn more about the Semiannual Regulatory Agenda. 

All Executive Branch agencies are required to publish semiannual regulatory agendas describing regulatory actions that agencies are developing or have recently completed, in compliance with Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.  DOL’s agenda is published in the Federal Register as part of the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions.
