Spanish Version of OLMS Digital Signature Guide Now Available
The Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) has posted on its web site a Spanish translation of its Digital Signature Guide, which is designed to help labor organizations apply digital signatures to their Labor Organization Annual Report and troubleshoot some common issues that may arise. The guide, Aplicación de su Firma Digital en los Informes LM-2, LM-3 y LM-4, in Adobe pdf format, can be downloaded from this link:

The LM-2 Report requires a digital signature for electronic submission, using an Access Certificate for Electronic Services (ACES) digital certificate. The certificates can also be used with the LM-3 and LM-4 reports.
