Signing Your LM-2, 3, or 4 With a Digital Signature
The Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) has posted on its web site a guide to help labor organizations apply digital signatures to their Labor Organization Annual Report and troubleshoot some common issues that may arise. The guide, in Adobe pdf format, can be downloaded from this link:

To access this guide you will need the Adobe Reader software, which can be downloaded free of charge from:

The LM-2 Report requires a digital signature for electronic submission, using an Access Certificate for Electronic Services (ACES) digital certificate. The certificates can also be used with the LM-3 and LM-4 reports.
