Filing Form LM-30 Fact Sheet Posted on the OLMS Web Site

The Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) requires union officers and employees to file a report annually with the Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards if they engage in certain activities or have certain financial interests.

This latest OLMS publication includes information about the requirements for filing Form LM-30, Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report.
