Mark Neylon, District Director
Mark Neylon was named District Director of the Boston District Office in December 2010 and now serves as the District Director of the Boston-Buffalo District Office. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an assigned jurisdiction, including responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed in the assigned field office. In addition to his office managerial duties, Mr. Neylon serves on an OLMS-wide policy-making body. He began his federal government career in November 1983, as a Claims Representative with the Social Security Administration. In January 1989, he became an investigator with OLMS in the Boston Regional Office, and in May 2008, became a Senior Investigator in the Boston District Office. Hehas a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
