- Contractor Account Request - Contractors who have never logged into LearningLink, and have not been notified they have an active account, please use this [XLS] form. This form will need to be filled out by a federal employee within your agency and submitted to LearningLink helpdesk at LearningLink@dol.gov. After the form is received, your account will be created, and you will be notified within one to two pay periods via email.
