Business Operations Center
The Business Operations Center's main office is under the leadership of Director, Al Stewart and Deputy Director, Tracey Schaeffer. Macaire Carroll-Gavula is the Executive Assistant and Program Analyst Keisha Brown. This office directly oversees the following five offices: Office of Asset and Resource Management (OARM), the Office of Administrative Services (OAS), the Office of Worker Safety and Health (OWSH), the Wirtz Labor Library and the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO).
The Office of Asset and Resource Management is under the leadership of Director, Tanisha Bynum-Frazier.
The Office of Administrative Services is under the leadership of Director, Phillip Puckett and consists of three divisions: the Division of Facilities Management, Division of Space and Telecommunications, and the Division of Printing and Supply Management. The Division of Facilities Management is directed by Heath Rehkop; the Division of Printing and Supply Management is directed by John Brevard; and the Division of Space and Telecommunications Management is directed by Carrie Arendale.
The Office of Worker Safety and Health is under the leadership of Director, Stephanie Semmer and is organized into two teams: The Safety and Occupational Health team is Vacant, and the Workers' Compensation team is directed by Joseph Remmell.
The Wirtz Labor Library is under the leadership of Director, Macaire Carroll-Gavula, who is also the Executive Assistant for the Business Operations Center's main office.
The Chief Procurement Officer, Carl Campbell, resides within the Business Operations Center. Under Mr. Campbell's leadership is the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer, Sonya Carrion, and four offices: the Office of Acquisition and Management Services (OAMS), the Office of Procurement Services (OPS), the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), and the Office of Cost Determination (OCD). OAMS is under the leadership of Jillian Matz, OSDBU is under the leadership of Gladys Bailey, OCD is under the leadership of Victor M. Lopez, and OPS is under the leadership of Lance Petteway, and Tova Stein as Deputy Director. OPS is broken into four divisions that support the procurement needs of almost all of the Department's agencies. The Division Chief for Division one is Kim Stepney, the Division Chief for Division Two is Antoinette Ingraham, the Division Chief for Division Three is Wanda Maddox, and the Division Chief for Division Four is Michael Jackson.
