SCSEP Home Page
To announce the establishment of the SCSEP Home Page.
Background: The revolution in communications has had a far-reaching effect on the way business is conducted. New technology can ease access to information and speed up communication. With these possibilities in mind a Home Page has been developed for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). The Home Page is designed principally for SCSEP project operators but it may be used by the general public as well. Description: A copy of what one sees on the first screen of the Home Page is attached. There are a number of different topics on it. To access the individual topics use your mouse by simply clicking on them. You will note that the contents of each topic area are described on the screen. The following features should assist you to make use of the site: 1. Older Worker Bulletins can be printed from the Home Page. 2. The local project directory will be developed further and a system for updating it will be added. Currently, it can be reached at the topic "SCSEP Directory. " Please use it and if there are any problems, corrections or additions, please let us know. 3. There is also a Sponsors Meeting Room. The password is "Ric." Address: The internet address is http://www.wdsc.org/owprog. Action Required: Please use the "page." Play with it! If you have suggestions for the improvement of the page please let us know. We will be making changes to update information, to correct mistakes, and to add new features in 4 to 6 weeks. To make suggestions you may contact your Federal Representative through the page under the first item on the top left hand side of the page. Click on "Senior Community Service Employment Program," then "Staff Contacts."
