Submissions under the North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation (NAALC)

The main objective of the NAALC is to improve working conditions and living standards in the United States, Mexico, and Canada as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) continues to promote increased trade and closer economic ties among the three countries.

The Agreement establishes National Administrative Offices (NAOs) in each of the countries to implement the Agreement and to serve as points of contact between national governments. ILAB's Office of Trade and Labor Affairs functions as the US NAO. Read More
