Alabama PSA: 30 Seconds

This text will be replaced

I'm the United States Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, with an important message.

A new law in Alabama may have created some confusion about your rights.

But here are the facts.

Regardless of Alabama law, you have the right to be paid the federal minimum wage of seven dollars and twenty five cents for every hour you have worked.

Remember: You are entitled to this right regardless of your immigration status.

We're here to help.

If you have questions, call us at 205-397-7114.
