  • The department’s Secretary’s Regional Representative, Office of Federal Contract Compliance and the Women’s Bureau presented a session on: Equal Pay and the pay Gap. OFCCP district Director Nicole Huggins talked about the President’s Equal Pay Task Force and the department’s commitment to ensuring equal pay for all thru enforcement actions.
  • The half-day forum wrapped-up with a plenary session on: Assisting CBO’s and Promoting Worker Rights through Enforcement Actions and Complaint Process, that provided information about laws and regulations governing workplace rights and complaint processes specific to their agencies. Presenters included (L-R) John Rainwater, associate regional solicitor; Cory Wilson, OSHA regional supervisory investigator; and Doug Griffin, Office of Labor-Management Standards supervisory investigator.
