ORDER

Employer appeals the Compensation Order Approving Stipulations and Order Denying Special Fund Relief (2007-LHC-00347) of Administrative Law Judge Janice K. Bullard, contending only that the administrative law judge erred in denying its claim for Section 8(f) relief, 33 U.S.C §908(f). In response, the Director, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, concedes that the requirements for Section 8(f) relief have been met. He thus requests that the Board vacate the administrative law judge’s denial of Section 8(f) relief and remand the case to the district director for the entry of an order granting employer Section 8(f) relief.

The Director’s motion is granted. Accordingly, the administrative law judge’s denial of Section 8(f) relief is vacated, the appeal is dismissed, and the case is remanded to the district director for entry of an order granting employer Section 8(f) relief. 20 C.F.R. §802.405(a).
