Worker Voice

An economy where workers can find a stable job at a decent wage and see their wages grow as productivity rises is the hallmark of an economy that is working for everyone. Worker voice is crucial in making this happen. What is worker voice? It is workers being able to access information about their workplace rights and to assert those rights without fear of recrimination. It is workers having an opportunity to be heard concerning decisions that affect them. It is workers having a seat at the table. When workers have a voice on the job, the economy and the working families in it thrive.
