Paris Mack joined the Women’s Bureau, U.S. Department of Labor, in January 2012 and serves as the agency’s Administrative Officer.
Prior to joining the Women’s Bureau, Mrs. Mack worked at KPMG supporting the Army’s transformation efforts in designing an enterprise business intelligence decision support system for Army senior leaders. This system provides current and projected readiness assessment of reserve, National Guard and active duty organizations in preparation for deployment to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait.
In addition, she worked as Task Force Commander United States Central Command Rest and Recuperation Leave Program (R&R) and Division Chief, Human Relations Readiness, Deputy Chief of Staff, Army G-1. She developed policies and plans for the implementation and evaluation of three major Army and DoD human resource programs, Equal Opportunity, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, and R & R Leave in support of 500, 000 military and civilian personnel.
Mrs. Mack served in numerous other staff and leadership positions throughout the United States and Germany prior to her retirement from the United States Army after 26 years of service.
Mrs. Mack holds a Master of Science from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a Bachelor of Science from South Carolina State College.
