Reasonable Accommodations in the Workplace
Lisa D. Mathess, Lead Consultant with Job Accommodation Network (JAN) will discuss the services that JAN provides to the public, emotional support and service animals and current COVID-19 accommodation issues. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) will provide an overview of the laws it enforces and inform attendees of their federally protected rights in the workplace.
