Cynthia Choi, the co-executive director of Chinese for Affirmative Action and co-founder of Stop AAPI Hate will be the keynote speaker. Cynthia will discuss recent hate incidents against the AA and NHPI communities, including in the workplace, and explain how, in understanding root causes, we can work together to end it. Th e Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will also provide brief agency overviews.
