Sania W. Khan
Sania W. Khan joined the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs at the U.S. Department of Labor as a Senior Advisor on December 5, 2021, and became Chief of Staff on June 20, 2022. Before joining OFCCP, Ms. Khan served as an Assistant Attorney General at the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s (NYAG) Office. During her time at the NYAG’s Office, she worked in the Appeals & Opinions, Litigation, and the Civil Rights Bureaus. She served as a trial team member on several NYAG-led multi-state litigation challenges in the civil rights context. She also led work related to technology and civil rights enforcement. In addition, she worked on enforcement in housing, education, employment, and criminal justice-related matters. Outside of work, Sania served as the President of the Muslim Bar Association of New York for the 2020-2022 term.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Miami School of Law.
