The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Boston/New York Regional Offices are under the leadership of the Regional Administrator, Chris Yerxa. The OASAM Boston/New York Regional Administrator directly oversees all regional security and emergency management programs, as well as the following staff and offices: Christian Flores, Executive Assistant in Boston; Nelly Savinon, Staff Assistant in New York; and Francesca Sullivan, Director of the Division of Administrative Services, which includes administrative services, purchase card administration, space management, property management, telecommunications, and safety and health.
