Boston / New York Region Organization Chart

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Boston/New York Regional Offices are under the leadership of the Regional Administrator, Chris Yerxa, whose staff include Christian Flores, Executive Assistant in Boston and Nelly Savinon, Staff Assistant in the New York office. Additionally, Mr. Yerxa has responsibility for three major divisions and staff personnel in the Boston and New York regions: Division of Financial and Administrative Services, Francesca Sullivan, Director — programs include property management, telecommunications, procurement and contracting, and space management services; the Division of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management, Laurence Vasile, Director — responsible for the safety and health, security, and emergency management programs; and the Human Resources Division, Robert Spencer, Human Resources Officer - programs include employee benefits, labor relations, position management, employee development and recruitment and outreach.
