The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) is the primary procurement office for the U.S. Department of Labor National Office. As such, OPS is responsible for most contracting and related activities to help fulfill the Department's mission through its business relationships.

OPS procures a large variety of goods and services for our customer agencies including technical studies, support services, printing and graphics, moving services, video productions, expert witnesses, and auditors — just to mention a few of the Department’s recurring needs. In addition, OPS serves as the central procurement center for all the Department’s Information Technology needs.
