My dear Mr. Secretary:

Thank you for your letter of October twelfth with its careful review of the situation about charges at this Plaza. I am, as usual, entirely willing to abide by your judgment in this case and to accept your decision of it. I just wanted to be sure that what had been done had been done with your full cognizance and approval.
