Davis-Bacon Poster (Government Construction)

Every employer performing work covered by the labor standards of The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts shall post a notice (including any applicable wage determination) at the site of the work in a prominent and accessible place where it may be easily seen by employees.

To use this file as a poster for your place of employment, please follow these instructions:

  1. The file is only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® v5 or later) available on your workstation.
  2. Click on the link for the Davis-Bacon poster (color) and wait for it to load into the viewer.
  3. To print, click on the printer icon within the Acrobat Reader. Do not use the browser's print feature.
  4. The two printed pages must be taped or pasted together to form an 11 x 17 inch poster.
