US Labor Departmentís Wage and Hour Division and Mexican Consulate in Denver to sponsor Labor Rights Week Aug. 26 Ė Aug. 30


DENVER -- The U.S. Department of Laborís Wage and Hour Division will join the Mexican Consulate in Denver to sponsor Labor Rights Week, Aug. 26 through Aug. 30.

Presentations by Labor Departmentís Wage and Hour Denver District Office staff will cover the following topics: Minimum wage and overtime requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Staff will provide compliance assistance materials, answer questions and take complaints.
