US Labor Department and Consulate General of Nicaragua to sign agreement on Jan. 20 protecting rights of migrant workers in Texas
HOUSTON -- The Houston District Office of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will sign an agreement with the Consulate General of Nicaragua at 10 a.m. CST on Friday, Jan. 20, in Houston. The purpose of the agreement is to provide Nicaraguan workers in Texas with access to information and guidance concerning their rights under U.S. laws.
