It does not attempt to provide specific guidance for every fact situation. We hope those with an interest in the employment of workers with disabilities at special minimum wages - especially employers, employees, family members, teachers, and other government agencies - will find this Chapter informative and helpful. There is no restriction on the public disclosure of this Chapter.

In order to assist those who may be unfamiliar with terminology used by WHD, a glossary of terms is provided at the end of the Chapter. Those wishing to print the entire Chapter should realize that it is over 100 pages in length.
