Many cities have made tremendous progress in this area and many have been faced with a multitude of challenges. Selected panelists will share best practices and challenges and engage attendees in meaningful dialogue regarding creating/enhancing "Flex in the City" programs in their local communities. Workplace flexibility can improve commuting, engagement and productivity as well as provide innovative ways to address commuting, environmental, and transportation infrastructure issues affecting cities across the U.S.
