Staff members who want or need hard copies of certain materials will be able to download text from them as a continuity folder or desk aid. New VETS employees, or those promoted into increased positions of responsibility may not have the benefit of entering into a formal training program within the Agency shortly after beginning their new jobs. In the past, work-related information or how to guidance to accomplish a specific task was difficult to find. The VMS is designed to alleviate that problem.
