VETS100-100A Federal Contract Reporting 
Special Announcement:2011 VETS 100 Filing CycleEffective January 15, 2012, Customers will no longer be able to electronically file a VETS 100/100A Report. Customers may still file, but must first download the form from the VETS website www.dol.gov/vets/programs/fcp/main.htm, fill out the form and mail or email it to:

File for 2011 Cycle
The VETS100 reporting application is now available to accept electronic submissions for the 2011 filing cycle. Reports will ONLY be accepted via the online reporting application, email, and US mail. To be eligible to file via email and US mail, the total reporting output must be fewer than 10 locations. You will not be able to file for the 2011 cycle in person.
It is also important to note that all companies must register for the 2011 cycle whether or not they have registered in the past. During the registration process, ALL companies will be given new company numbers.
For companies who file via the batch upload process, the upload files must have the new company number included in the file.
The application is available at vets100.dol.gov

File for 2010 Cycle
You may submit a VETS 100/100A report(s) via email or paper for the 2010 filing cycle so that funds may be obligated to a contract for a contractor that did not submit a report for the 2010 cycle. 2010 forms are available below.

You will receive an email confirmation from Customer Support upon receipt of your filing. A valid email address is required to receive the email confirmation of submission.
Walk-In / In Person
Reports cannot be submitted in person. You must submit a report for the 2010 cycle via email or postal mail as described above.
Confirmation of Filing
2011 Filing Cycle
Contracting Officers may confirm the filing of a VETS100 and/or VETS100A report for the 2011 filing cycle through the VETS100 online reporting application. Contracting Officers may also request confirmation of filing from the contractor. Contractors will receive a confirmation of filing notification once a report(s) is submitted.
2010 Filing Cycle or Earlier
Please contact the VETS-100 Service Center at (866) 237-0275 or email VETS100-customersupport@dol.gov to request confirmation of a contractor's filing for the 2010 filing cycle or earlier. You will be asked to provide the following information:
- Company Name
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- DUNs Number
A search on the above criteria will be provide you with the results of all submitted VETS 100 reports. You will then be able to make your own determination as to whether or not a report has been submitted. A valid email address is required to receive the search results.
Copies / Viewing of Filings
2011 Filing Cycle
Contracting Officers will have the ability to view filings of submitted reports for the 2011 filing cycle. Contractors will have the ability to view the reports that they submitted and will not be able to view those of other contractors. Copies may be printed using the VETS100 online reporting application by the end user only.
Hard copies for contractors other than the submitting contractor can be obtained only through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Please go to the US DOL's FOIA homepage for instructions on how to do this at: www.dol.gov/dol/foia/.
2010 Filing Cycle or Earlier
Copies of previously submitted reports for the 2010 filing cycle or earlier are not available in the VETS100 online reporting application. They can only be obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Please go to the US DOL's FOIA homepage for instructions on how to do this at: www.dol.gov/dol/foia/.
Changes / Edits to Filings
You will have the ability to make edits or amendments to reports submitted during the 2011 cycle while the cycle is open. Once the filing cycle has ended, you will NOT be able to amend or edit a submitted report. The 2011 filing cycle is from November 1, 2011 to December 30, 2011.
Program Overview
The Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, (VEVRAA) and its implementing regulations require contractors and subcontractors with federal contracts to submit the VETS-100 or VETS-100A Report depending on certain circumstances.
These reports identify four specified categories: disabled veterans; other protected veterans; Armed Forces service medal veterans and recently separated veterans.
