Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC)

New Special Exposure Cohort (SEC) Class for Joslyn Manufacturing and Supply Co.

On March 27, 2014, the Secretary of HHS designated the following class for addition to the SEC in a report to Congress:

All atomic weapons employees who worked for Joslyn Manufacturing and Supply Co. at the covered facility in Fort Wayne, Ind., from March 1, 1943, through July 31, 1948, for at least 250 workdays, occurring either solely under this employment or in combination with workdays within other classes of employees in the Special Exposure Cohort.*
