Outreach Event On May 21 and 22, 2013, officials from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) will hold four roundtable meetings to discuss the medical benefits provided under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). Discussion will include specific information concerning home health care services, the Privacy Act, and how to better serve EEOICPA claimants. The roundtable meetings are for physicians and home health care providers only. If you are a physician or home health care provider, and are interested in attending, please contact DEEOIC’s Oak Ridge Resource Center toll-free at (866) 481-0411 no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Pre-registration is required.

Outreach Event On June 6, 2013, officials from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation’s (DEEOIC) National Office and Seattle District Office will be hosting two town hall meetings in Pasco, Washington, to discuss the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the medical benefits provided under the program. Discussion will include specific information concerning home health care services, the Privacy Act, and how to better serve EEOICPA claimants. DEEOIC’s Hanford Resource Center staff will also be available for extended hours before and after each town hall meeting to assist individuals with the taking of new claims under the EEOICPA.
