CHAPTER 10-100 — INTRODUCTION
- Purpose and Scope. This Part of the Procedure Manual contains the Forms and Exhibits referenced throughout the Manual. Chapter 10-200 contains all numbered LS, OWCP, and other Forms. Chapter 10-300 contains all Exhibits such as unnumbered form letters, charts, directories, excerpts from other documents, etc. Each Chapter contains an Index which lists the Exhibit number, the title of the Form/Exhibit, its distribution (if it is to be sent by a DO) and a reference to an appropriate Chapter of the Procedure Manual.
- Policy. Many of the Forms contained in PM 10-200 can be produced by the LCMS. Only those forms which have been developed by the NO and approved by the Office of Management and Budget are to be used to collect information. A DO is not to use independently developed forms to collect information.
