Productivity –Rohm and Hass

Workers Comp dropped from $28 million to $25.4 million, an annual savings of $2.6 million.

Champion  - in DLA’s case that was Safety manager. It took a while for people to fully come on board, and we are not there yet at all sites. Now that we’ve been at this about 2 years, we’ve got a champion in our Agency Director, whose just finished his part in an agency VPP awareness video.
