Agency experienced
rapid growth from consolidation of military services supply depots, peaking
at 63,000 employees in 1994. DLA’s accident rate, as a trailing indicator,
grew to 3.24 LTCR and our Workers’ Comp bill tripled from $10 to 32 million,
and stayed there. Current LT rates are: .94 FY 06 LTCR.
