worker accepts the offered job, there is no need to request a job suitability
determination.
lGenerally, if the injured
worker has performed a job for
60 days or more and is working the number of hours he/she is capable of working, this establishes that the job fairly and reasonably represents his/her wage earning capacity.
It is not necessary for OWCP
to make a determination concerning the validity or suitability of the offered job in these situations.
