When the Injured Worker Accepts the Job
lThe injured worker should take
the following actions:
–Notify
employer of acceptance;
–Contact
the employer for a start date and time;
–Notify OWCP of the return to work in order to avoid
overpayment; and
–Prepare for a finding of wage earning capacity after
a return to work of at least 60 days.
