Refusal
of Job Offer
–OWCP will evaluate whether the reasons for refusal
provided by the injured worker are valid or not. If not valid:
lAdvise the injured worker he/she
has 15 days in which to accept the offer without
penalty.
lAdvise the injured worker that no
further evidence will be considered during the 15-day
period.
