CA-110 (record of call) application requires manual entry of the data in
order to generate a CA-110 for Claims Examiners. Many times calls are missed
when the CA-110 is not created. The new technology being proposed will
automate this process by providing data electronically from every call.
Providing data through the means of telephony, the CA-110 will be generated
upon the completion of all calls within the system.
