The current iFECS
CA-110 (record of call) application requires manual entry of the data in order
to generate a CA-110 for Claims Examiners. Many times calls are missed when
the CA-110 is not created. The new technology being proposed will automate
this process by providing data electronically from every call. Providing data
through the means of telephony, the CA-110 will be generated upon the
completion of all calls within the system.
claimant has returned to work full time regular duty and there is an open
COP case for him/her, this case should be automatically closed and COP
nurse will see it as a closed case in her list.
