The Federal Fee Schedule is applied to medical bills and to some durable medical equipment bills. The fee schedule is available for viewing and can also be downloaded. Click here for fee schedule.

Phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 and from 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The claim number and last four digits of the injured worker's social security number are required - these must be available when calling.

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) toll free number is 1-866-OWCP-IVR or 1-866-692-7487.The IVR gives information about case status and compensation payments. Automated information is available 24 hours a day. Make sure the injured worker's case file number is available when you call.
